Effective for all registered members of 50 bet operating in the Philippines. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 50 bet platform at 50bet.bid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 50 bet.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of 50 bet following any update to these terms will be treated as your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend that members review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the full agreement between you and 50 bet.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
The 50 bet platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years old to register and use the platform. This is the minimum legal gaming age applicable in the Philippines. 50 bet strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under this age.

- One account per person: Each member may hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
50 bet reserves the right to request verification documents to confirm a member's age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until documentation is provided.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full features of 50 bet, you are required to create a member account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. You agree to update your details promptly if they change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 50 bet support immediately at [email protected].
50 bet may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or upon request. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using 50 bet, you agree to the following obligations and usage rules:
- Use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, automated access, or systematic exploitation of the platform is prohibited.
- Do not attempt to manipulate, defraud, or exploit any game, promotion, or system on the platform. This includes collusion with other members, use of bots or scripted tools, and abuse of bonuses or promotions.
- Do not engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the platform or its infrastructure.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines when using the platform.
- Refrain from using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
- Do not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, and forfeiture of account balances at 50 bet's sole discretion.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso Accounts
All 50 bet member accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified. Members are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider for transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the account dashboard. 50 bet does not guarantee processing times for withdrawals, as timelines may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that the member has used to deposit, subject to verification.
Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to separate terms and wagering requirements as described on the Promotions page. Abuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and possible account suspension. 50 bet reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability: 50 bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 50 bet disclaims all liability for losses arising from: platform downtime or technical errors; reliance on information provided on the site; outcomes of games or betting events; or any third-party content or services.
50 bet does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any game or wager. Gaming involves risk, and members accept that they may lose the funds they stake. No representation is made that any game or betting activity is suitable for any particular member.
Intellectual Property: All content on the 50 bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 50 bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from 50 bet.
Third-Party Links: The platform may reference or link to third-party content for informational purposes. 50 bet is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services. Links to external resources do not constitute endorsement by 50 bet.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure: 50 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent or suspicious activity; failure to complete identity verification; or violation of applicable laws. Changes to These Terms: 50 bet may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 50 bet platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
